Information for guests: 
Guest registration includes meals and drinks for dinner on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
 
Guests are encouraged to join the Saturday field trips. 

No special activities are scheduled for guests during the day on Thursday and Friday. The Concierge at Valley Ho can assist with Spa and other activities. (Early booking is recommended.) Old Town Scottsdale is a short walk from the hotel. Additional suggestions for self-guided tours will be provided.

To register a guest, first register yourself and then click on the "+add guest link".  After selecting the "+add guest" link, click on the "add new contact" button and enter your guest's first and last name.  This will activate the guest rate. From there, select the optional tour or proceed to checkout. 

Airport transfers not included. The Valley Ho is a short taxi/Uber/Lyft ride from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. 
Transportation from Hotel to sessions and dinners is included.
